A spectre is haunting Montreal… guess which one!
If 2011 was marked by menacing tremors and rumblings, 2012 could very well become the Year of the shitstorm.
To start on the right foot, CLAC will hold its first General Assembly of the year on saterday January 28th, at the School of Community and Public Affairs, at 2149, Mackay.
All members of active committees, satellite members, collectives and individuals, as well as CLAC sympathizers, are invited to take part and share their perspectives on the year to come, on all things anti-capitalist, and among other things, on the organization of the upcoming anti-capitalist May Day.
The General Assembly will be split in two parts:
1. Analysis and presentation where the various anticapitalists groups of Montreal are invited to share where their at with their respective projects and present their priorities and struggles to come for 2012;
2. A few formal proposals on CLAC’s structure and on an eventual action plan for 2012, and in particular with regards to the organization of the next anti-capitalist May Day.
There will be snacks and hot drinks.
